Custom Wound Boards

The Custom Wound Boards were created as a set of three separate wound boards to fit with a company’s new line of dressing products. The Custom Wound Boards include a dehisced wound with tunneling and staples, a skin graft, and an unstageable wound. Each wound was sized to work with the client’s standard dressing sizes—requiring zero modifications or alterations to the dressings. This translates to smoother, quicker demos. Additionally, these models were designed to be lightweight and compact for easy travel. Through the use of a honeycomb-like material, VATA drastically reduced the weight of each board without compromising on product realism. This product was also branded with the company’s logo and included a custom carrying case with slots for each wound board. All materials used are conducive to adding and removing dressings easily.
