Meet Brian.

Brian has just celebrated 5 years with VATA, and we couldn't be happier to have him as part of our team!

  • What's your role at VATA? Manufacturing/Production.
  • What are you most proud of in your 5 years at VATA? That I actually found a workplace where I genuinely feel accepted and motivated to work towards goals with my team!
  • What’s your favorite thing about work each day? Probably just seeing my friends here at VATA, shooting the breeze, sharing laughs, seeing my daily schedule. Everyday is something new!
  • What 2024 product launch are you most excited about? Wearable IV trainer sounds like a useful model. I bet it will do well!

Spring Trade Shows!

It's springtime, and at VATA, that means trade show season is in full swing! We kicked things off in late January at IMSH (International Meeting for Simulation in Healthcare) in San Diego. Despite the rainy weather (that made us Oregonians feel right at home), we had a fantastic time connecting with valued customers, partners, and professionals across the medical simulation industry. A big thank you to SSH for organizing such a wonderful event!

Mark your calendars for our upcoming shows:

ONS (Oncology Nursing Society)

April 24-28, 2024
Washington DC
We’re excited to see you at Booth 7079 at ONS! We’ll have our infusion models, some ultrasound models and even, our suture trainers in tow. While Chester Chest has long been the star of this show, our Port "Body-in-a-Box" model garnered significant interest last year, so it'll be back as well! Swing by and say hello!

SAWC (Symposium on Advanced Wound Care)

May 15-18, 2024
Orlando, Florida
Catch us at Booth 532 to scope our entire line of Wound Care models! We love catching up with the other exhibitors at this show—many are good friends and even use our products in their demos. Last year, we were humbled to see more than 20 booths incorporating VATA wound care products into their displays. We’re excited to see what’s in store for this year!

INS (Infusion Nurses Society)

May 18-20, 2024
Kansas City, Missouri
VATA is exhibiting at INS for the 38th time this year! Visit us at Booth 201 to explore our infusion models, ultrasound models, and get a sneak peek at our new wearable model, ahead of its official launch this summer! Fun Fact: Last year, we debuted an early prototype of this wearable and it was a hit! We’ve incorporated user feedback to optimize its performance and utility, and are thrilled to unveil the result to you!

These trade shows offer invaluable opportunities for us to gather feedback on our products and connect with remarkable individuals who work across the healthcare spectrum. Crafting these tools and playing even a small role in enhancing patient care is a privilege and we thank you for instilling your trust in VATA.

See you this spring, friends!
